Lead Time. When do you need your wallpaper?

Every project is printed to order and requires proof approval. Standard processing proofs are sent via email within 5-7 business days and rush processing proofs are sent within 2-3 business days. Drop it Yourself orders do not require a proof as the design is displayed when placing your order. Processing time begins after proof is approved.

Final Sale Terms

All sales are final and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged under any circumstance. Any changes after the order is placed will incur a change order fee of 15% of the order total. We strongly recommend ordering 10-20% additional wallpaper—or at least one additional panel—for any installation mistakes. Inspect your order within five (5) days of receiving it. If we are not made aware of any issues within this 5 day window, any potential replacement order would have to be paid by customer. Purchase Terms

This order requires a signature upon delivery. Images and colors displayed on screen may vary by monitor and what you see may not be an exact representation of what will be printed. All orders (except samples and Drop it Yourself orders) require proof approval to move into production. Purchase a physical sample to confirm color and paper type. This wallpaper requires professional installation by someone experienced in double cutting. Confirm your measurements have been reviewed and meet the specifications of the space they will be installed and that all architectural elements such as soffits, staircases, windows, doors, chair rail, etc, have been considered. All orders shipped to European businesses requre an EORI number to enter production.
